Before you write
Many answers are already on our FAQ, Shipping & Arrival, and Care Guide pages. We sell only cichlids from the Lake Victoria basin, so we are not able to help with other species, tanks, or supplies.
Problem with an order?
If a fish arrives in poor condition, include your order number and a clear photo or video within 2 hours of delivery so we can review it quickly.
